Established in 2003, after many years hard work, Zhangjiagang Sanlin Flange Forging Co., Ltd has entered into sustained development from small to big scale, from low to high product, from weak to strong economic strength, with total area 80,000 m2 and 65,000 m2 of covered area. Now there are totally 250 employees, including 175 employees, 70% of total who have received junior college or higher. At present, the group has total asset of 450,000,000, including 220,000,000 of capital asset. Along with the rapid development of wind power industry, our group expands production area of wind power flange and shaft in 2006.
Sanlin Group has three series of product, namely wind power shaft, wind power flange and austenitic stainless steel flange, forged rings respectively, totally 50,000 tons per year. Equipped with D53K-6300 NC ring rolling machine, 4000 tons pressing machine and 10 meters lathe, we can follow all procedures from raw material purchase---cutting-- heating----ring rolling-heat treatment-machining-UT to final inspection. The maximum diameter of flange can reach to 6.3 meters, the maximum weight of shaft can be 10 tons, and the maximum weight of forged rings can be 15 tons.
Sanlin has established complete quality management system, and has gotten the ISO 9001, TUV-PED, BV certificated, and has been GE approved supplier.
